Acceptance of These Terms

By using cchomesolutionsfl.com or engaging C&C Home Solutions for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services We Provide

C&C Home Solutions is a roof repair contractor serving Naples and Southwest Florida. Our services include roof repair, roof leak detection and repair, emergency roof repair and tarping, roof inspections, gutter installation, repair, cleaning and leaf protection, roof cleaning and maintenance, and tile and flat roof system repair including TPO, EPDM, and roof coatings.

We do not perform full roof replacements. Where an inspection indicates a full replacement is warranted, we will inform you and you are free to seek bids from replacement contractors.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and in writing. An estimate is based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection and is valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise.

Roofing work occasionally reveals conditions that were not visible during inspection, such as deteriorated underlayment or compromised decking beneath a covering. If additional work beyond the written scope becomes necessary, we will stop, contact you with photographs, and obtain your approval before proceeding. You will not be billed for work you did not approve.

Permits and Code Compliance

Where the scope of work requires a permit, we obtain it through the appropriate county or municipal building department before work begins and coordinate required inspections. Some minor repairs fall below local permit thresholds and do not require one. We will tell you which applies to your job.

All work is performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code applicable at the time of the work.

Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against defects for the period stated in your written estimate. If a repair we performed fails within that period due to our workmanship, we will correct it at no charge.

The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent storm or wind events, damage from causes unrelated to the repair performed, failure of adjacent roof components we did not work on, damage from foot traffic by others, deterioration of a roof system beyond the repaired area, or work altered or repaired by another party.

Manufacturer warranties on materials, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

Insurance Claims

We are roofing contractors, not public adjusters or insurance representatives. We do not file, negotiate, adjust, or advise on insurance claims.

We will provide accurate written and photographic documentation of the conditions we observe, which you may use as you see fit. Florida law prohibits contractors from offering to pay, waive, or rebate an insurance deductible, and we do not do so under any circumstances.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your written estimate. For most repair work, payment is due upon completion. Larger scopes may involve a materials deposit, which will be disclosed in advance. We do not require substantial payment before work begins.

Scheduling, Weather, and Access

Roofing work in Southwest Florida is weather dependent. We may reschedule for rain, wind, lightning, or unsafe roof conditions, and safety takes priority over schedule. We will communicate delays as soon as we are aware of them.

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to the roof, including access through gated communities, and to secure pets and vehicles in the work area.

Photographs

We photograph our work for documentation, quality control, and occasionally for portfolio or marketing purposes. Photographs show roofs and work performed and do not include identifying address information. If you prefer your property not be used in any marketing context, tell us and we will honor that.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
