About C&C Home Solutions

C&C Home Solutions started as a hands on roofing business in Southwest Florida, and more than a decade later it has stayed exactly that. The company has never grown into a sales operation with crews and quotas, because that was never the point. Corey Christiansen started it to do the work, and he still does the work.
A Repair Company, On Purpose
Most roofing companies in this region are structured around replacement. It is the bigger ticket, it is easier to sell, and it is where the margin is. Repairs are the leftovers.
C&C is built the opposite way. Repairs, leaks, gutters, inspections, cleaning, and maintenance are the entire service list. There is no replacement division waiting in the background, which means there is no incentive to talk a homeowner into a bigger job than the roof actually needs. When Corey says the roof can be fixed, it is because it can be fixed. When he says it cannot, he has no replacement contract to sell you either way.
That independence is worth something in a market where a lot of homeowners have been told they need a full tear off for damage that covered one section of one roof plane.
Who Corey Is
Corey Christiansen has spent over a decade on Southwest Florida roofs, and effectively all of it on repair work rather than new installs. That is a different education. Installing a roof teaches you a system. Repairing thousands of them teaches you how systems fail, which is the more useful knowledge when there is water coming through a ceiling and nobody knows where it started.
He works the way a tradesman works rather than the way a contracting company works. He answers the phone. He does the inspection. He climbs the ladder. He does the repair. If something is wrong afterward, he is the one who comes back, and there is nobody to hand the complaint off to.
For a homeowner, the practical effect is that nothing is lost in translation. The person who saw the problem is the person who fixed it.
No Subcontractors, No Rotating Crews
This is stated plainly on every page of this site because it is the single biggest difference between C&C and the companies it competes with.
In Southwest Florida roofing, subcontracting is standard. A company sells the job and a crew it does not employ performs it, often a different crew than the one that did the last job, sometimes a different crew than the one that started yours. Quality becomes a coin flip, accountability gets diffuse, and the homeowner has no direct line to the person who actually touched the roof.
At C&C, that chain does not exist. There is one person, and he is accountable for every job start to finish.
Licensed, Insured, and Local
C&C Home Solutions is a licensed and insured Florida roofing contractor, license number PVD1640. Work is permitted through the appropriate county or city building department when the scope requires it, and inspections are handled properly rather than skipped.
Local matters here beyond the marketing sense of the word. Southwest Florida roofs face a specific combination of conditions: intense sun, heavy summer rain, salt air along the coast, hurricane season every year, and a housing stock dominated by barrel tile with plenty of low slope sections mixed in. Corey has worked through those conditions and the storms that come with them for over a decade in these communities. He knows the local building departments, the common failure points by neighborhood and construction era, and how storm damage tends to present here.
Where We Work
We serve homeowners from Marco Island up through Naples and out across Lee and Charlotte County: Naples, Golden Gate, Naples Manor, Pelican Bay, Lely Resort, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, San Carlos Park, Iona, Sanibel Island, Immokalee, and Punta Gorda.
If your community is not on that list but you are nearby, call and ask. The list reflects where we work regularly, not a hard boundary.
What to Expect When You Call
You get Corey or a callback from Corey, not a call center. He will ask what you are seeing. Then he comes and looks at it, tells you what failed and why, and gives you a written estimate. The estimate is free and there is no pressure attached to it.
If the answer is that you need a full replacement, he will say so and you will not hear from him again about it. That is not a sales technique. It is just the only honest thing to do when you do not sell replacements.
